Installation Instructions

1. Pre-installation PreparationBefore installation, clean the inner cavity and mounting surface of the bell housing thoroughly with industrial-grade alcohol to remove machining residues, oil stains, and metal debris. Confirm that the matching gearbox or spindle components are intact without scratches or deformation, and verify that the dimensional tolerance of the mounting holes aligns with the equipment specifications. Prepare standard fasteners and a torque wrench that meets the assembly requirements.
2. Formal Installation & Test RunPosition the bell housing on the designated mounting base of the equipment, and use positioning pins to align the bolt holes accurately-avoid forced assembly to prevent structural deformation of the housing. Tighten the fastening bolts in a diagonal sequence with the torque wrench according to the specified torque value. After installation, perform a 10-15 minute no-load test run, and check for abnormal noise, vibration, or component displacement to ensure stable operation during subsequent machining processes.
